You can drop off your parcels and letters over the counter at one of our lodgement points such as a Post Office, Business Hub or Business Centre.

How to update a drop-off lodgement point

1. Email the Billing & Invoice Support Team at billing@auspost.com.au.

2. In your email, include these details:

  • Your account number (as shown in the right side of your invoice).
  • Your company name, address or contact phone number as listed on the account.
  • The drop-off lodgement points that you'd like to add, update or remove.

Note: Some customers have specific 'contracted lodgement zones'. To update these, you'll be referred onto your account manager.
